Water Conservation Through Halma: As part of our commitment to sustainable development, our company is supporting a community-led water conservation initiative in Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh (Securing Water). This is being done in collaboration with Shivganga Samagra Gramvikas Parishad, a dedicated social organization working towards holistic rural development in tribal areas since 1998, through revival of the traditional Halma practice, (a centuries-old tradition of collective service) (Reviving Tradition). Decentralised reservoirs are being constructed across tribal villages in Jhabua district (Empowering Tribal Communities). The project will enhance water availability, improve agricultural productivity, reduce seasonal migration, and reinforce community ownership for long-term impact.
