My journey with FourFront began in 2013, as a junior accountant. The organization was small at that time. Though junior in position and experience at that time, I was always encouraged to learn and explore, fostering my growth. I gained knowledge in the areas of taxation, audit, etc here and also got the exposure of implementation of ERP system. I took a career break due to personal reasons, but my connection to the FourFront family remained strong. When I decided to restart my career, FourFront was my obvious choice. They welcomed me back with open arms, offering ample opportunities and valuing work-life balance. In my second innings as well I found the same warmth and comfort in the organization, I even have the exposure of implementing SAP now, all thanks to the encouraging and open hearted management of the organization. When I joined FourFront as a Lab Executive in October 2013, as switch manufacturing was just beginning, I immediately felt like a valued partner, not just an employee. The direct engagement and trust from management allowed me to quickly take on diverse responsibilities, from maintenance and new projects to customer quality and eventually leading the Quality department. FourFront has invested in my growth through valuable training, including multiple internal auditor certifications and managerial excellence, and even provided an international trip to China for further exposure. Sr. Engineer – Project Management

Job Description:

 

  1. Interface to Customer & Supplier Technical Assistant for respective project.
  2. Project planning w.r.t. APQP elements / Customer Guideline and track milestones as on timeline.
  3. Prepare, distribute, and communicate periodic APQP status.
  4. Update Program Management Team on APQP status for all High Impact element and those with Red or Yellow Status.
  5. Assess the feasibility of manufacturing the proposed design. And comment on if the design can be manufactured, assembled, tested, packed and delivered in sufficient quantities at acceptable cost and quality to the customer. Collection of information about New Projects.
  6. To control the 5M for New Projects.
  7. To establish, implement & maintain quality system.
  8. To control documentation related to departmental activities.
  9. Plan, Do, Check, and Action for localization.
  10. Involved in cost reduction activities such as VAVE and RMC reduction.
  11. Ensuring Quality of Final product & Customer Quality documents assurance
    (PAP/CQC/DR/CT)
  12. Development of new Moulds, BOP according to the projects.
  13. Testing of the parts as per the DVP plan
  14. TRSO review & Signoff with customer

Job Description:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with SMT industry standards
  2. Inspect components and perform in-line inspections using AOI and X-ray systems.
  3. Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

  7. Collaborate to improve SMT processes, reduce defects, and enhance efficiency.
