His extensive career, spanning management roles at industry leaders such as Bosch, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Tyco Electronics, showcases his proficiency in operations, process planning, procurement, production, and logistics.

Ashish Kalay brings over 25+ years of invaluable experience to the forefront, blending strong technical acumen with a proven track record in business development. Holding a BE and a PGDBA, Ashish’s diverse career includes significant tenures at industry leaders like Mahindra & Mahindra and Tyco Electronics. His expertise spans critical areas including design, development, and a powerful combination of sales and marketing strategies, making him a driving force in achieving organizational growth and success.

Kaustav Sil

Independent Director

Kaustav, a Chartered Accountant and Post Graduate in Commerce, brings 20+ years of extensive financial expertise, including four years with Big4 firms PwC and KPMG. His experience spans business controlling, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning, gained through roles at leading companies such as Solyvent Flakt, Sandvik, and Rieter.

Ashok Patil

Independent Director

Ashok brings over 38+ years of comprehensive manufacturing operations experience, including significant tenures at Bajaj Auto Ltd. and Bosch. He possesses deep expertise in strategic manufacturing footprint optimization, operational efficiency, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing principles, and effective problem-solving.

A mechanical engineer complimented by qualifications in Management and Finance – Post-graduate Diploma in Management (Operations and HR), ICWA. Further enhancing his leadership capabilities, he has also completed the Executive General Management Programme at IIM Bangalore.

Holding an MS in Computer Science and a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication, Avantika’s expertise lies in robust software development. Her impressive career spans leading organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, CA Technologies, Western Digital, and Moody’s Analytics. Now, as the founder of WebCulture, Avantika leverages her deep knowledge to design and build tailored websites that empower small and medium-sized businesses to thrive in the digital landscape.

Kaiwalya, a Cost & Management Accountant with a robust educational background including a Diploma in IFRS, PGDBF, MBA (Finance), and B.Com, brings over 20+ years of comprehensive financial experience. His career spans diverse roles at leading companies such as Atlas Copco India Limited, Lear Automotive India Private Limited, Bosch Chassis Systems India Limited, and Manoj Kulkarni and Associates (Share Khan Limited Franchisee). He excels in developing and executing strategic financial plans, establishing financial discipline and control systems, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
